A. Definitions

In these Terms of Use, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. "Website" means the website accessible at foviwe-nomaci.info and all pages within it.

"User" means any individual who accesses or browses the Website, regardless of whether they submit a contact enquiry or attend a workshop. "Content" means all text, images, graphics, templates, and other materials published on the Website. "Workshop Services" means the educational workshop sessions on saving habit formation described on the Website and conducted in person at Katowice.

The Website is an informational resource. It describes the Workshop Services offered by Foviwe Nomaci and provides general educational content about saving habits and goal-setting frameworks. Workshop participants who receive tracking templates and materials during sessions are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use those materials for their own individual saving habit practice. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, or commercial use.

E. Limitation of Liability

The Website and its Content are provided on an "as is" basis. Foviwe Nomaci makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable Polish and EU law, Foviwe Nomaci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website or reliance on its Content. This limitation does not exclude liability for personal injury caused by negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing on the Website constitutes a financial product, financial service, or regulated activity as defined under Polish law (in particular under the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments, Ustawa z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o obrocie instrumentami finansowymi).

Where you are a consumer as defined under Polish law (Ustawa z dnia 23 kwietnia 1964 r. Kodeks cywilny), these terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
